Both have their good and bad, from garish 70s outfits to the easter bunny.
But is it best to go bright, or subtle?
In my opinion, subtle is the way forward. Even though a pastelle overload can make you look like a the easter bunny or a small child, when worn with modesty they are b-e-a-utiful.
